COVID-19
COVID-19 Policy
We have remained committed to providing care to our patients throughout recent years with a strong focus on health and safety. Our updated infection control policy reflects the current health situation, adhering to the latest guidance from the HSE and Department of Health, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff remains our utmost priority.

Our clinics are fully operational, and we continue to offer virtual appointments for patients who prefer remote care or are unable to attend in person.
Before Your Appointment
Screening questions will no longer be automatically sent after booking. However, we kindly ask all patients to remain mindful of their health and to contact us to reschedule if they:
-
Are currently experiencing symptoms of any infectious illness, such as fever, cough, sore throat, or flu-like symptoms.
-
Have tested positive for COVID-19 or another contagious illness within the last 5 days.
If you are unwell, we encourage you to avail of a video appointment, which remains a viable and effective alternative.
Arriving to Clinic
Our waiting rooms are open again, but we ask all patients to:
-
Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment to avoid crowding.
-
Use hand sanitiser provided at the clinic entrance.
Please let us know in advance if you require additional assistance or accommodations.
Wearing PPE
The use of masks in our clinic is no longer mandatory. However, masks are available upon request, and patients are welcome to wear one if they feel more comfortable. Our clinicians will continue to follow appropriate hygiene protocols, including regular hand sanitising and cleaning of treatment areas between appointments.
During Your Appointment
Appointments will proceed as normal, with no strict limitations on contact time. Our clinicians remain committed to:
-
Providing thorough assessments and treatments while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
-
Educating patients on the management of their condition to support long-term health.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we adapt to the current health environment. Should you have any concerns or specific needs, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance of your visit.

Thank you for your continued trust and support as we strive to deliver safe, high-quality care.
